1) Use of the Site

• Lead submission. When you submit a form, book a consultation, share contact details, or connect with us through apps such as WhatsApp or through social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, you authorize us and our vetted partners ("Professionals") to contact you via email, phone, text/SMS (message & data rates may apply), messaging apps, or social media platforms.
• No automatic engagement. Submitting information does not create a client, advisory, brokerage, or agency relationship and does not obligate EtherLife to provide any service.
• Opt-out. You can opt out of marketing emails, SMS, messaging app communications (such as WhatsApp), or outreach on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) at any time using the provided mechanisms or by emailing howcanwehelpyou@etherlife.com

3) No Professional Advice; Licensing Notices

• No advice. Content is educational/informational and not a recommendation or offer to buy/sell any product, security, real estate, franchise, or insurance policy.
• Licensing. Certain services may be provided through or by licensed Professionals (e.g., real-estate licensees, insurance producers/agents, franchise consultants) where required by law. Any such services are governed by separate agreements and disclosures with those Professionals.
• Do your diligence. You are solely responsible for independent due diligence and for obtaining your own legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

4) Franchise Law Disclosures

• attempt unauthorized access or interfere with operations;
• use scraping, bots, or automated data collection without consent;
• submit false or misleading information.

7) Third-Party Links & Partners

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

8) Disclaimers

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETHERLIFE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EtherLife harmless against claims, losses, or expenses arising from:
• your use/misuse of the Site;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of law or third-party rights.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.

13) International Use

We operate the Site from the U.S. and do not represent that content is appropriate elsewhere. Users outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Site means acceptance.
